As we all know... Solid gold is out of reach for most of us, that's where Milou comes in.

Our jewellery is a bit different. Each piece is carefully constructed from recycled, high quality 304 Stainless Steel, proven to be hypoallergenic.  

What makes Milou waterproof? We use a process Gold Plating Process called physical vapour deposition, or PVD for short. This process permeates and physically bonds with the stainless steel base metal, to provide a 'Life-Proof' coating, that is 10 stronger than other coatings.

Plain and simple.If your Milou jewellery does not meet your visual expectations, kindly email our customer support team with a well lit, visible picture of your discoloured jewellery, and we'll take care of it, that's a promise.You can now relax, take a breath and enjoy your beautiful new jewellery, knowing its protected, forever!

That’s why we offer easy 14 day returns.

Please follow these steps:

1. Let us know - just email us at info@themidasco.com with your order number, your reason for the return, and if you’d like a refund or store credit, for another order. 
2. Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
3. We’ll check that’s all as it should be, and we’ll process the refund immediately (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

Please note we can’t offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit. 

EXCHANGES

If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out).

Please just follow these steps:

1. Let us know - just email us at info@themidasco.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.
2. Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
3. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the exchange ASAP (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method.
